I encountered him about 3 years ago somewhere at Oworonshoki in Lagos around the period the State Government got serious with commercial motorcyle operators. His vest clearly revealed that he was an okada man (as commercial motorcycle riders are referred to in the Lagos metropolis). By now you may be smiling at the clue I just dropped.
I got the surprise of my life when, with all sense of seriousness and business-mindedness, he put the sieve/sifter on his head and mounted his motorcylcle.
Thankfully, I was not too dumbfounded to take the next picture which I have jealously preserved to this day and gladly share with you.
